We can assess transfer duty in the transfer of land held by indivuals, trusts, matrimonial and de facto relationships under the Family Law Act 1975. We are a Pexa subscriber. We securely lodge land dealings electronically including transfers, caveats, simultaneous settlements, priority notices and encumbrances.
